I would be interested in knowing any information anyone has on Concerta and it's affectiveness with ADHD. How soon are you seeing improvement if at all. What side affects have your child experienced.

Some kids have great results with concerta for ADHD. It also will depend if you have an extended release version which will carry throughout the day or a short version which only lasts a few hours. Each kid reacts differently to psychiatric drugs. While it may work well in one child it may work poorly in another. ADHD can also look like several other psychiatric illnesses so it is really important to follow this regiment with your psychiatrist to be sure you have the correct medication.
